Responsibilities
- Handle user requests remotely via telephone, email, and portal
- Adapt communication style to each user
- Organize and prioritize interventions based on urgency
- Manage incident tracking and resolution
- Escalate unresolved incidents to higher levels
- Contribute to the knowledge base to share expertise with the team
Requirements
- Degree in IT (Bac+2/3) or equivalent successful professional experience
- Proficiency with Windows 11, Office 2016, and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Outlook and specific business applications
- Understanding of mobility tools, local networks, and telecoms (LAN/WAN)
- Strong listening, rigor, and adaptability skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
