About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle user requests remotely via telephone, email, and portal
  • Adapt communication style to each user
  • Organize and prioritize interventions based on urgency
  • Manage incident tracking and resolution
  • Escalate unresolved incidents to higher levels
  • Contribute to the knowledge base to share expertise with the team

Requirements

  • Degree in IT (Bac+2/3) or equivalent successful professional experience
  • Proficiency with Windows 11, Office 2016, and Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Outlook and specific business applications
  • Understanding of mobility tools, local networks, and telecoms (LAN/WAN)
  • Strong listening, rigor, and adaptability skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
