Responsibilities
- Perform proximity-based IT interventions
- Adapt communication to various users using strong interpersonal skills
- Organize and prioritize interventions based on urgency
- Manage the follow-up and resolution of every incident
- Escalate unresolved incidents to higher levels when necessary
- Contribute to the knowledge base to share expertise with the team
- Work within environments including Windows 7/10, Office 365, Outlook, and LAN/WAN networks
Requirements
- Degree in IT (Bac+2/3)
- Initial experience in remote or proximity IT support and user assistance
- Strong listening, rigor, and adaptability skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
