About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Help AG end users by solving tickets and reported technical issues
  • Prepare new equipment, including asset tagging, assignment, and tracking
  • Manage user lifecycle including creation, ACL assignment, and on/offboarding
  • Monitor hardware and software stock levels and manage order requests
  • Maintain endpoint security, software updates, and patching
  • Perform monthly endpoint health checks and infrastructure health reports
  • Monitor and maintain configuration backups of infrastructure components
  • Respond to SOC alerts and reported incidents with necessary remedial action
  • Maintain, update, and review the company asset register
  • Perform monthly Active Directory and system access reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support and user request resolution
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, Office365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD
  • Experience maintaining endpoint operating systems and troubleshooting hardware/software
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS
  • Knowledge of information security concepts and related technologies
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (English proficiency required)
  • Must be a UAE National
