About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide End User Device (EUD) support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Operate IT service kiosk for walk-in user support
- Deliver "smart hands" support including patching network cables and physical server room checks
- Perform basic troubleshooting under remote guidance
- Handle incident management and service requests
- Manage hardware replacement, setup, and device lifecycle (IMACD)
- Ensure adherence to GxP and regulated environment procedures
Requirements
- Experience in IT support, Service Desk, or Field Support
- Proficiency with Windows OS, O365, and basic networking
- Hardware troubleshooting skills
- Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Ability to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
