About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide End User Device (EUD) support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Operate IT service kiosk for walk-in user support
  • Deliver "smart hands" support including patching network cables and physical server room checks
  • Perform basic troubleshooting under remote guidance
  • Handle incident management and service requests
  • Manage hardware replacement, setup, and device lifecycle (IMACD)
  • Ensure adherence to GxP and regulated environment procedures

Requirements

  • Experience in IT support, Service Desk, or Field Support
  • Proficiency with Windows OS, O365, and basic networking
  • Hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Ability to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
