IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workloads regarding receiving, storage, imaging, and shipping of technical equipment
• Support asset inventory tracking to ensure all equipment is accounted for in the field and storage
• Prep end-user equipment requests and conduct equipment inventory control
• Assign products to proper storage locations and maintain a clean, orderly work area
• Load and move pallets containing desktops, monitors, and other hardware
• Prep equipment orders for shipment and scan inbound/outbound items for accurate tracking

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a people leader
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Experience using a pallet jack to move equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for tracking orders and shipments
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety tracking
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
