IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Administer servers, laptops, desktops, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, and mobile devices
• Analyze, maintain, and implement LAN/WAN equipment and networks
• Utilize helpdesk tracking software to monitor and complete scheduled tasks
• Update the inventory database for all IT equipment and software licenses
• Manage employee lifecycle IT needs, including setting up profiles, email accounts, and passwords for new joiners and leavers
• Respond to technical queries, run diagnostics, and implement solutions to isolated problems
• Conduct regular security monitoring to identify potential intrusions or hacking attempts
• Coordinate with the global IT team for issue escalation when required

Requirements

• BA/BS or Technical Level in Computer Science, CCE, or a relevant field
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a similar role
• Hands-on Help Desk experience
• Experience with LAN/WAN networks and patch management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft (MS) products and various operating systems
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Microsoft Certification
