Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT requests and incidents on the Lyon site
- Manage tickets through ITSM tools following ITIL best practices
- Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and connectivity
- Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices, workstations, and mobile devices
- Manage asset inventory and IT equipment lifecycle
- Administer Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participate in IT infrastructure and workplace projects
Requirements
- Minimum Bac+2 in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum three years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune)
- Solid hardware skills including PC/laptop assembly and diagnosis
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL principles
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
