Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT requests and incidents on the Lyon site
  • Manage tickets through ITSM tools following ITIL best practices
  • Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and connectivity
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices, workstations, and mobile devices
  • Manage asset inventory and IT equipment lifecycle
  • Administer Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Participate in IT infrastructure and workplace projects

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac+2 in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum three years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune)
  • Solid hardware skills including PC/laptop assembly and diagnosis
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL principles
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
