Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical presence in the NYC office, managing Zoom, conference equipment, Wi-Fi, printers, and Mac hardware/software
- Provide general IT helpdesk and troubleshooting support for NYC and London employees
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware provisioning and access management
- Oversee laptop lifecycle logistics, including shipping, receiving, and asset tracking
- Administer cloud services such as Google Workspace, Azure AD/M365, Slack, Okta, Jira, and Zoom
- Partner with Workplace and InfoSec teams on desk deployments and device compliance
- Write and maintain runbooks and SOPs
Requirements
- 3+ years of corporate IT experience
- Ability to be onsite 5 days a week in Chelsea, NYC
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Deep understanding of Mac, Windows, Kandji/Iru, and Intune
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and Azure AD/M365
- Experience supporting remote teams and multiple global offices
- Effective use of AI tools for support, scripting, and documentation
