IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all IT requests in the Toulouse office, including hardware, licenses, and access issues.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for PC/Mac, connection problems, and account configurations.
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment distribution and access management.
• Assist employees in using collaboration tools such as Slack and Notion to increase autonomy.
• Maintain the local IT environment by checking meeting rooms, networks, printers, and shared equipment.
• Manage and update the hardware inventory for computers, accessories, and spare parts.
• Document technical issues and solutions to maintain up-to-date installation and usage procedures.

Requirements

• First experience in IT support (internship, apprenticeship, or previous role), ideally in an internal corporate environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Experience with collaborative tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work on-site in Toulouse, France.
• Strong organizational skills, curiosity, and a service-oriented mindset.
