About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide first line support for information technology issues via phone, email, or ticketing systems
  • Track issues to resolution and update the internal knowledgebase
  • Manage user accounts, including creation, changes, deletions, password resets, and permissions
  • Support computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and various applications
  • Monitor and escalate alerts from antivirus and backup systems
  • Manage critical incidents and act as a liaison between customers and technical escalation teams

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Windows 10, MS Office, and MS Outlook
  • Experience with MS Exchange Administration and Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Asset Inventory Management Software and help desk/ticketing software
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a busy environment
  • Awareness of quality management systems
