About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first line support for information technology issues via phone, email, or ticketing systems
- Track issues to resolution and update the internal knowledgebase
- Manage user accounts, including creation, changes, deletions, password resets, and permissions
- Support computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and various applications
- Monitor and escalate alerts from antivirus and backup systems
- Manage critical incidents and act as a liaison between customers and technical escalation teams
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Windows 10, MS Office, and MS Outlook
- Experience with MS Exchange Administration and Active Directory
- Familiarity with Asset Inventory Management Software and help desk/ticketing software
- Ability to work cooperatively in a busy environment
- Awareness of quality management systems
