About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 deskside end user support including imaging, deployment, and asset management
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues in MS Windows and Apple (MAC) environments
- Perform repairs on Apple computer and iOS hardware and software
- Support Active Directory, MS Office Suite, Google Workspace for Enterprise, VPN, SCCM, VTC, and Zoom
- Act as an escalation point for Junior and Mid-level desk side engineers
- Manage service requests and document progress within ITSM systems like Remedy or ServiceNow
- Handle installation and configuration of new machines and conference room/VTC setups
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to attain a Public Trust clearance
- Minimum of 7 years of related technical deskside support experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and independent transportation for travel to various field sites
- Ability to obtain HDI Technical Support Professional certification within six months
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JAMF for MAC OS Imaging
- Familiarity with Remedy or ServiceNow
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications
- Knowledge of Smart cards / PIV cards
