About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 deskside end user support including imaging, deployment, and asset management
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues in MS Windows and Apple (MAC) environments
  • Perform repairs on Apple computer and iOS hardware and software
  • Support Active Directory, MS Office Suite, Google Workspace for Enterprise, VPN, SCCM, VTC, and Zoom
  • Act as an escalation point for Junior and Mid-level desk side engineers
  • Manage service requests and document progress within ITSM systems like Remedy or ServiceNow
  • Handle installation and configuration of new machines and conference room/VTC setups

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to attain a Public Trust clearance
  • Minimum of 7 years of related technical deskside support experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable and independent transportation for travel to various field sites
  • Ability to obtain HDI Technical Support Professional certification within six months

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JAMF for MAC OS Imaging
  • Familiarity with Remedy or ServiceNow
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications
  • Knowledge of Smart cards / PIV cards
