About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support service with high quality communication
- Respond to technical support queries and log them into the IT Service Management System
- Troubleshoot end-user hardware, operating systems, basic network, and voice communications
- Install and configure Windows and Apple desktops and laptops
- Maintain and update internal knowledge base of procedural and technical information
- Ensure all new hardware and software assets are entered into the inventory system
- Travel to provide on-site IT support for client offices and temporary sites
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT or technology in a customer service role
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, and basic network issues
- Proficiency in Windows Active Directory Management
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
