IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support via walk-ups, tickets, and chat
• Support and troubleshoot SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian Cloud, and Slack
• Deliver technical expertise in macOS, Windows, and device/identity management using Azure AD, Jamf, and Intune
• Manage employee lifecycle tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and equipment reclamation
• Lead New Hire IT Orientation and provide day-one technical guidance
• Act as the point of contact for conference room AV systems like Neat, Crestron, and Zoom
• Maintain accurate asset management and inventory records
• Develop and maintain IT documentation for end users and internal teams
• Support IT initiatives including deployments, office moves, and system migrations
• Participate in global on-call rotations when required

Requirements

• Proven experience providing IT support in a corporate environment
• Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira and FreshService
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with conference room technologies including Neat, Crestron, and Logitech
• Experience with Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, or basic networking troubleshooting
• Knowledge of information security best practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week
