IT Support Specialist

About the Company

Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise endpoint support for laptops, desktops, domain accounts, software, and printers
• Support manufacturing equipment including SCADA devices, HMIs, process cameras, label printers, and barcode scanners
• Provision and maintain Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android based systems
• Support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) process development
• Troubleshoot, document, and resolve support issues and escalate tickets as needed
• Utilize IT Knowledge Base to define and promote best practices
• Lead enterprise projects involving IT, construction, equipment moves, and new technology implementations
• Configure IT services using Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policies, and Microsoft Entra

Requirements

• 1+ years in an enterprise IT Support related role
• Experience supporting HMIs, label printers, scanners, and other process support equipment
• Proficiency in IT Desktop Support, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Windows, MacOS, and Linux
• Excellent customer service skills and self-motivation
• Ability to travel nationally or internationally and use a personal vehicle occasionally
