IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for Windows 11 environments, Dell laptops, and Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
• Troubleshoot Cisco Meraki infrastructure, including switches and wireless access points
• Manage iOS device setup and management using Apple Business Manager
• Resolve support tickets through Zendesk or similar platforms, ensuring accurate documentation
• Assist with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor IT systems and escalate complex issues to Level 2 support or senior team members

Requirements

• 1–2 years of IT support experience or equivalent coursework/internship experience
• Proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as Zendesk
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Cisco Meraki systems or similar networking tools
• Basic understanding of endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune
• Experience with iOS device management
• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ or Microsoft MS-900
