Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support for laptops, phones, A/V systems, and printers
  • Manage and resolve support requests via Jira Service Management, Slack, and Jira
  • Administer SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and Microsoft Office
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding through account and device provisioning
  • Document processes and maintain the internal knowledge base in Confluence
  • Manage inventory of technology peripherals and equipment
  • Participate in office build-outs and physical technology setups

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or desktop support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, and Jira
  • Ability to support A/V equipment, printers, and basic networking
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MDM tools such as Intune, JumpCloud, Jamf, or Kandji
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Exposure to zero trust security models and modern identity management
