About the role
Responsibilities
- Administrate user accounts for network, e-mail, and other applications
- Provide technical support to end users regarding hardware, peripherals, mobile phones, and office applications
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to IT equipment and software
- Respond to IT tickets, telephone calls, and emails to ensure timely resolution
- Document, track, and monitor technical issues
- Collaborate with regional and global IT team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience with Exchange Server Tools and Office 365
- Ability to work fully office-based in Munich, Germany
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or IT Support role
- Experience with other cloud-based applications
