IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration, including users, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
• Administer Azure resources, monitoring, security, and governance activities
• Maintain network infrastructure including switches, Wi-Fi, access points, and firewalls
• Manage backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity
• Support physical security systems such as access control and CCTV
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and IT documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Administration and monitoring
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (switching, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a cybersecurity or managed services environment
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, or AZ-104
• Familiarity with IT asset management and helpdesk ticketing systems
• Knowledge of security best practices, MFA, and endpoint protection
