About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve support requests from end-users to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account creation and group management
- Install, troubleshoot, and coordinate technical services for computers, peripherals, printers, and AV devices
- Install operating systems and software on user devices and resolve related issues
- Support the assignment, return, and tracking of IT assets and shipments
- Monitor printer supplies and ensure availability and proper functioning
- Provide support for network access requests and perform technician-level interventions on network hardware and servers
- Handle new software installation requests in line with internal procedures
Requirements
- Degree from a relevant vocational high school, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software, specifically Google Sheets and MS Excel
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Strong knowledge of system and network concepts, including wired and wireless technologies
- Experience managing Active Directory and JumpCloud
- Experience with SaaS management tools such as Jira and Slack
- Proficiency in English to fulfill job responsibilities
- Experience with video conferencing technologies like Skype or Zoom
