About the role

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with workstations, peripherals, office equipment, VPN, MFA, and network connectivity
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS systems, printers, and video conferencing systems
  • Prepare workstations, access rights, and guest Wi-Fi accounts for new employees
  • Register, prioritize, and handle tickets via ITSM tools like Jira Service Management or ServiceNow
  • Proactively communicate with users and create manuals or FAQs to prevent recurring issues

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support
  • IT degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, hardware, software, Active Directory, and basic networking
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow
  • Fluency in Dutch and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SCCM, JAMF, TeamViewer, or MDM
