About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal users
  • Troubleshoot PC-related problems, hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Perform deskside support for laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
  • Respond to service desk tickets in accordance with established SLAs
  • Document issues, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in desktop or IT support
  • Proficiency in Windows-based PC hardware diagnostics and software troubleshooting
  • Experience with application support, installation, and configuration
  • Basic networking knowledge including IP configuration and LAN/WAN environments
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
  • Ability to meet strict SLA requirements and rapid response times
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Jira or ServiceNow ticketing systems
