About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal users
- Troubleshoot PC-related problems, hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Perform deskside support for laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
- Respond to service desk tickets in accordance with established SLAs
- Document issues, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in desktop or IT support
- Proficiency in Windows-based PC hardware diagnostics and software troubleshooting
- Experience with application support, installation, and configuration
- Basic networking knowledge including IP configuration and LAN/WAN environments
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Ability to meet strict SLA requirements and rapid response times
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Jira or ServiceNow ticketing systems
