About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, Slack, or ITSM platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues with computers, TVs, mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity
- Assist users with software applications, account access, and password resets
- Document support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS
- Basic knowledge of printer functionality
- Familiarity with mobile devices (iOS, Android) and office applications
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network configuration issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in a help desk or customer service environment preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, and IT best practices
- Experience with Audio and Visual troubleshooting
- IT certifications such as A+, ITF, ITIL, or NET+
- Experience creating processes and procedure workflows
