IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support service personnel in the installation of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives.
• Load and configure software packages, including operating systems and productivity programs.
• Verify system operation through commands, observation, and user feedback to ensure efficiency.
• Provide instructions to team members on the appropriate use and maintenance of equipment and software.
• Respond to client inquiries, diagnose hardware and software problems, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Coordinate activities with help-desk, network services, and other information systems groups.
• Refer major hardware problems to appropriate service personnel for correction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and 1-2 years of relevant experience in a global organization.
• Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Windows maintenance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional demeanor and composure when providing technical support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Quantum ERP.
