About the role
Responsibilities
- Support service personnel in the installation of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives
- Load specified software packages including operating systems and productivity programs into computers
- Verify efficient and effective system operation through commands, observation, and feedback
- Provide instructions to team members on the appropriate use and maintenance of equipment, software, and manuals
- Respond to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnose hardware, software, and operator problems
- Coordinate activities with helpdesk, network services, or other information systems groups
- Refer major hardware problems to service personnel for correction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience supporting a multi-national or global organization
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Windows maintenance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Quantum ERP
