About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person and remote support for hardware, software, and mobile devices across macOS, Windows, and iOS platforms.
  • Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle processes, including provisioning, shipping, and vendor coordination.
  • Administer user access and identity management via Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Okta.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, and wired networking.
  • Manage endpoint administration, device configuration, and software deployment using MDM platforms.
  • Maintain collaborative workspaces and conference room technology, including Zoom Rooms and AV equipment.
  • Document and manage support requests through the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration.
  • Extensive experience supporting macOS environments and Apple hardware.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices.
  • Proficiency administering Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Okta.
  • Experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf or Intune.
  • Experience supporting AV technologies like Zoom Rooms and conference room systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft.
  • Experience administering Jamf Pro policies and macOS lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with Kandji or other Apple device management platforms.
  • Experience with ticketing and asset management platforms like Zendesk.
