IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via phone, email, Slack, or ITSM platform
• Troubleshoot technical issues with computers, TVs, mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity
• Assist users with software applications, account access, and password resets
• Document support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding tasks
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a help desk or customer service environment
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iOS, Android) and office applications
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network configuration issues
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or a related field
• IT certifications such as A+, ITF, ITIL, or Net+
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, and IT best practices
• Experience with Audio and Visual troubleshooting
• Experience creating process and procedure workflows
