IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Build and maintain repeatable workflows like onboarding and device imaging
• Manage hardware and software inventories and coordinate with vendors for procurement and repairs
• Lead IT onboarding and device lifecycle management including procurement and deployment
• Maintain office infrastructure including WiFi, conferencing gear, and printers
• Implement light automations and create technical documentation for employees
• Provide AV and technical support for company events and all-hands meetings

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or technical support
• Strong expertise supporting macOS environments
• Experience with MDM solutions such as Mosyle, Jamf, or Hexnode
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
• Understanding of identity and access management (Okta, SSO)
• Experience supporting AV systems and video conferencing technology
• Ability to work onsite in the New York City office five days per week
