About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, testing, and ongoing support of enterprise application solutions
  • Assist with coding, debugging, and testing of application components
  • Troubleshoot application and system issues using root cause analysis
  • Contribute to requirements gathering and technical documentation
  • Develop and maintain process flows, logic diagrams, and system procedures
  • Participate in system, database, and platform integration efforts
  • Assist with planning and executing system and software testing activities
  • Log, track, and escalate issues following standard incident and change processes
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to support stable services

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in application support
  • Basic experience with SQL
  • Ability to read and interpret technical and business documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT
  • CompTIA A+ certification
