IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide executive technical support as the primary contact for the leadership team
• Ensure system availability and optimize ongoing operations in collaboration with partners
• Support technical risk analyses and implement mitigation measures for the Datwyler Holding AG
• Manage IT business continuity in close cooperation with other DIT teams
• Implement new products and functions to develop a modern workspace and continuous IT tool improvement
• Manage asset inventory for end-user devices and generate corresponding reports
• Perform independent and efficient troubleshooting of technical issues
• Ensure compliance with all ISO 27001 certification requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT planning processes

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in ICT (e.g., ICT Fachmann/Fachfrau EFZ) or a similar qualification
• Proven experience in end-user support and client engineering within Microsoft environments
• Strong technical aptitude and flexibility to implement innovative ideas
• Team-oriented, communicative, and independent personality with strong organizational skills
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
• Good English language skills (B1 level)
