Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support for internal users
- Analyze, prioritize, and resolve IT disruptions and service requests
- Manage tickets within an ITIL-oriented process
- Set up, configure, and maintain hardware and software workstations
- Install and administer end devices, clients, and mobile devices
- Perform software rollouts, updates, and patches
- Create reports, documentation, and knowledge base entries
Requirements
- Completed IT training or comparable qualification
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support or service desk
- Fluent German and English skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international, multicultural teams
- Ability to provide a criminal record certificate (not older than three months)
