Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level support for internal users
  • Analyze, prioritize, and resolve IT disruptions and service requests
  • Manage tickets within an ITIL-oriented process
  • Set up, configure, and maintain hardware and software workstations
  • Install and administer end devices, clients, and mobile devices
  • Perform software rollouts, updates, and patches
  • Create reports, documentation, and knowledge base entries

Requirements

  • Completed IT training or comparable qualification
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support or service desk
  • Fluent German and English skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in international, multicultural teams
  • Ability to provide a criminal record certificate (not older than three months)
