About the role
Responsibilities
- Support computerized systems and computers for qualification according to defined strategy
- Manage user administration and deployment of new tools
- Perform periodic reporting, system reviews for GMP systems, and backups
- Coordinate with software providers
- Prepare documentation for installations
- Implement IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutions
- Troubleshoot analytical software applications and lab PC systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area
- Over 2 years of experience in desk-side support
- Understanding of regulated environments (GxP)
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in a paper-based environment
- Experience working in multinational teams
- Ability to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
