About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support computerized systems and computers for qualification according to defined strategy
  • Manage user administration and deployment of new tools
  • Perform periodic reporting, system reviews for GMP systems, and backups
  • Coordinate with software providers
  • Prepare documentation for installations
  • Implement IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutions
  • Troubleshoot analytical software applications and lab PC systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area
  • Over 2 years of experience in desk-side support
  • Understanding of regulated environments (GxP)
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in a paper-based environment
  • Experience working in multinational teams
  • Ability to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
