IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for internal users
• Analyze, prioritize, and resolve IT disruptions and service requests
• Manage and maintain tickets in the ticketing system following ITIL processes
• Set up, configure, and maintain workstations (hardware and software)
• Install, configure, and administer end devices, clients, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Install and maintain standard software and specialized applications
• Execute software rollouts, updates, and patches
• Collaborate with product management, development, and other departments
• Create reports, documentation, and knowledge base entries

Requirements

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification
• 2–3 years of professional experience in IT support or service desk
• Strong knowledge in analyzing and resolving user and system problems
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Service-oriented and professional demeanor
• Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in international, multicultural teams
• Must provide a criminal record certificate (not older than three months)
