About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support via in-person, email, phone, Zoom, and Slack
- Manage laptop setups, onboarding, and user training
- Perform user account administration and audits
- Manage ticket queues and resolve hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot printers, monitors, and peripherals
- Specify computer hardware and software for procurement
- Deploy security and management software
Requirements
- Proficiency with Windows and Mac desktop environments
- Experience with mobile device hardware and Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to client sites in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties
- Comfort working under the guidance of senior technical staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college
