About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line support via in-person, email, phone, Zoom, and Slack
  • Manage laptop setups, onboarding, and user training
  • Perform user account administration and audits
  • Manage ticket queues and resolve hardware/software issues
  • Troubleshoot printers, monitors, and peripherals
  • Specify computer hardware and software for procurement
  • Deploy security and management software

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Windows and Mac desktop environments
  • Experience with mobile device hardware and Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to client sites in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties
  • Comfort working under the guidance of senior technical staff

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college
