IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance to global users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including access, devices, and accounts
• Provide ad-hoc technical support for meeting rooms
• Prioritize and resolve IT concerns, escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders
• Document systems, procedures, and processes to provide accurate guidance on IT services
• Maintain and update the IT equipment inventory

Requirements

• Proven track record working as an IT User Support Specialist or in a comparable role
• Experience providing 1st and 2nd level technical support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft 365 products (Office365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, etc.)
• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Knowledge of ITIL Incident Management best practices
