About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform desktop and application support across the hotel portfolio
- Assist in the identification, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware and software issues
- Onboard new users via Active Directory, Office365, and user-specific applications
- Provide end-user troubleshooting and delegate support to staff or vendors
- Maintain equipment and software inventories and standard operating procedures
- Support system outages and maintain contingency operations
- Participate in an occasional after-hours on-call rotation
Requirements
- CompTIA A+ or other industry certification
- 1+ years of hotel operations or applicable technical experience preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Exchange, and Active Directory
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi and internet networking environments
- Familiarity with hospitality applications like Infor HMS, Alice, Delphi, or Sonifi preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
