IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person IT support to employees to ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations and infrastructure stability
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues across Mac and Windows environments
• Lead new hire technology onboarding, including running orientation sessions and resolving setup issues
• Administer and optimize key SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and Jamf
• Develop and maintain user-friendly knowledge base documentation and internal guides
• Support and coordinate AV systems for conference rooms, hybrid meetings, and company-wide town halls
• Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, tracking, and decommissioning

Requirements

• 2–4 years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
• Deep expertise in supporting Mac-centric environments with working knowledge of Windows systems
• Hands-on experience administering SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and Jamf
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and peripheral connectivity
• Experience running and supporting live AV events and hybrid meeting setups
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex macOS, AV, and network issues
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
