IT Support

Responsibilities

• Monitor Slack channels and other communication sources for incoming tasks
• Triage and escalate tasks when needed
• Shadow current team members to learn roles and processes
• Actively engage in and aid ongoing IT projects

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in IT or Computer Science studies at a university
• Experience with Windows and Linux systems
• Experience with computer hardware and PC builds
• Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated mindset
• Must be a student currently in full-time education based in The Netherlands
