IT Support Graduate

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals such as printers
• Perform regular system maintenance, including patching and updating software
• Assist in maintaining network infrastructure and connectivity
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems when necessary
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and software assets
• Support IT security by implementing company policies and educating users on safe computing practices
• Provide user training and documentation for various applications and systems

Requirements

• UAE National (Emirati) with a valid family book
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• A proactive approach and ability to work effectively within a team
