IT Support - Enterprise Monitoring

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, and key processes
• Manage daily backup operations, ensuring all file systems and data are successfully backed up to appropriate media
• Provide level-1 support by investigating and troubleshooting issues requested by various teams and entities
• Monitor the performance and capacity of IT systems, applications, and datacenter components
• Conduct core banking end-of-day activities and execute relevant reports
• Respond to IT, datacenter, and database alerts as well as hardware malfunctions
• Track and document IT issues and compile detailed incident reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar IT support or monitoring role
• Proficiency in Arabic and a good command of English
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet operational needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous working experience in the UAE
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory environments
