IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day IT operations, system updates, and administration
• Support monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructures, networks, servers, and cloud services
• Assist in implementing and managing cybersecurity and data protection procedures
• Support incident response and security threat remediation
• Assist with IT infrastructure projects and digital transformation initiatives
• Support vendor and stakeholder communication activities
• Follow professional IT management practices and compliance rules

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or relevant certifications
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, Windows AD, VMware, or AWS
• Cloud knowledge and willingness to develop expertise
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications
• Entry-level cloud certifications
• Cantonese or Mandarin language skills
