About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day IT operations, system updates, and administration
- Support monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructures, networks, servers, and cloud services
- Assist in implementing and managing cybersecurity and data protection procedures
- Support incident response and security threat remediation
- Assist with IT infrastructure projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Support vendor and stakeholder communication activities
- Follow professional IT management practices and compliance rules
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or relevant certifications
- Knowledge of cloud technologies
- Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, Windows AD, VMware, or AWS
- Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or entry-level cloud certifications
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
