About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end technology experience for the San Francisco office, executive team, and warehouse operations
  • Ensure devices, networks, conference rooms, and operational systems are reliable, secure, and scalable
  • Provide white-glove device and AV support to the leadership team
  • Build asset management, onboarding, and network infrastructure playbooks
  • Manage warehouse IT stack including scanners, terminals, and printers
  • Partner with Security and Platform teams on MDM configuration and SaaS access controls

Requirements

  • Strong macOS fluency and working knowledge of iOS
  • Experience managing device fleets end-to-end (MDM enrollment, imaging, asset tracking)
  • Proficiency in networking fundamentals (APs, connectivity troubleshooting, basic VLAN and WiFi)
  • Admin-level experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Ability to automate repetitive tasks via scripting or MDM workflows
  • Experience providing proactive support to senior leadership
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in San Francisco (min. 3 days in office + warehouse visits)
