About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote IT support for Windows, macOS, VPN, email, Zoom, and collaboration tools
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware setup and access provisioning
- Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow while adhering to SLAs
- Oversee IT inventory and asset lifecycle management
- Maintain and troubleshoot video conference room systems and infrastructure
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvement initiatives
- Support business-critical activities, leadership visits, and company events
Requirements
- 1-2+ years in an IT Service Desk environment
- 2+ years supporting Mac and Windows devices
- 2+ years experience in a SaaS-based environment managing user access
- 1+ years supporting video conferencing systems
- Proficiency with Jamf and Intune
- Ability to handle high-priority escalations and high-pressure situations
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for operational support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Okta, Google Suite, or Workspace One
- Proficiency with ServiceNow, Atlassian Suite, Slack, or Salesforce
- ITIL mindset and certification
