About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote IT support for Windows, macOS, VPN, email, Zoom, and collaboration tools
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware setup and access provisioning
  • Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow while adhering to SLAs
  • Oversee IT inventory and asset lifecycle management
  • Maintain and troubleshoot video conference room systems and infrastructure
  • Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvement initiatives
  • Support business-critical activities, leadership visits, and company events

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years in an IT Service Desk environment
  • 2+ years supporting Mac and Windows devices
  • 2+ years experience in a SaaS-based environment managing user access
  • 1+ years supporting video conferencing systems
  • Proficiency with Jamf and Intune
  • Ability to handle high-priority escalations and high-pressure situations
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for operational support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Okta, Google Suite, or Workspace One
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow, Atlassian Suite, Slack, or Salesforce
  • ITIL mindset and certification
