About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware and software issues via ticketing systems, walkups, or remote tools
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops and other IT equipment, including managing upgrades and vendor repairs
  • Manage user accounts, email addresses, and access permissions to ensure proper authentication and control
  • Assist with hardware procurement, inventory management, and asset tracking
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity, including VPN and Wi-Fi configurations
  • Support local A/V operations and video conferencing setups for meetings and company all-hands events
  • Manage onboarding logistics and IT training for new hires, as well as offboarding equipment retrieval
  • Provide high-touch "white glove" support to C-level executives
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend monitoring/alerting

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing IT Support function
  • 4+ years of experience administering SaaS tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom
  • Strong proficiency with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems and devices
  • Hands-on experience with Jamf for Apple devices and Azure/Intune for Windows devices
  • Proven experience troubleshooting A/V and video conferencing equipment
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing between 10 and 50 pounds
  • Ability to work onsite in the New York City office five days a week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related computer science field
