IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day onsite support in the London office and remote support to global employees.
• Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system.
• Support meeting rooms and event equipment.
• Manage IT aspects of the joiner and leaver process in collaboration with the People team.
• Maintain accurate asset management records and inventory reporting.
• Contribute to the technical knowledge base and assist with global technology projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, services, and support processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Proficiency in managing tickets using ITIL practices.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
• Experience with device management tools such as Intune and Jamf.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills in mixed Windows and Apple Mac environments.
• Experience with technology asset management and inventory tracking.
• Strong understanding of security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a global workforce across multiple time zones.
• Experience contributing to technical documentation and knowledge management.
• Exposure to project work involving systems implementation or automation.
