IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance to end users, managing incidents and service requests
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and equipment
• Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate hardware maintenance with external vendors
• Execute inventory movements and control
• Ensure the continuous availability of technological services and infrastructure

Requirements

• Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Systems or a related field
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support (ICT)
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Linux, and macOS
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including pivot tables
• Knowledge of Active Directory and VPN configuration
• Experience with virtual machines and Cisco routers/switches
• Skills in structured cabling and PC/laptop maintenance
• Experience using CRM systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Certification
• CCNA Certification (Switching, Routing & Wireless)
