IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users both remotely and on-site
• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment
• Manage IT equipment inventory and utilize ticketing tools for request tracking
• Administer Active Directory and manage Windows 11 operating systems
• Create and manage VPNs and Virtual Machines
• Oversee structured cabling and coordinate hardware maintenance with external vendors
• Respond to technical emergencies outside of standard business hours when necessary

Requirements

• Degree or engineering studies in Systems, Communications, Networks, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support
• English proficiency at a B2 level
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows 11, VPNs, and Virtual Machines
• Experience with structured cabling and hardware maintenance
• Ability to live within one hour of the Kalos industrial zone in Guadalupe, N.L.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 6:00 pm) with occasional Saturdays and emergency availability
