About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to users at the plant
- Support technological renewals
- Perform maintenance on computer equipment and printers
- Install software for users
Requirements
- Degree or recent graduate in IT-related fields
- Experience providing on-site support
- Basic English skills
- Immediate availability
- Knowledge of Windows, Office, and Google Suite
- Knowledge of networking and infrastructure
- Ability to perform network cable crimping
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with remote tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
- Experience with ticketing systems
