About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to end users
- Support software and hardware needs
- Attend to user requirements to ensure operational continuity
- Resolve incidents and problems using ticketing tools
- Install and troubleshoot DSL, VPN, and wireless connections
- Perform network, cabling, and connectivity tests
- Support hardware including computers, printers, and network devices
- Manage Active Directory and email support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and workstation operating systems
Requirements
- Degree or Engineering in Systems or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in on-site IT user support
- Experience with remote and on-site support
- Proficiency with ticketing tools
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Ability to commute to Cananea, Sonora
- Immediate availability
