About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to employees
  • Maintain office hardware landscape including device and license management
  • Deploy new hardware, software, and accounts
  • Implement automation and new workflows to transform the IT Support department
  • Contribute to system and process documentation
  • Act as the primary contact for audio/video systems and event livestreams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
  • Experience with Google Workspace Administration, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Azure Active Directory, InTune, Jamf, and AWS
  • Thorough knowledge of MacOS, Windows, and Linux maintenance
  • Service-oriented mindset
