About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to employees
- Maintain office hardware landscape including device and license management
- Deploy new hardware, software, and accounts
- Implement automation and new workflows to transform the IT Support department
- Contribute to system and process documentation
- Act as the primary contact for audio/video systems and event livestreams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
- Experience with Google Workspace Administration, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Azure Active Directory, InTune, Jamf, and AWS
- Thorough knowledge of MacOS, Windows, and Linux maintenance
- Service-oriented mindset
